Craig,

I guess I am one of the only ones that hasn't weighed in yet on your
request about the future of AMFC. Sorry it took so long.

I think it was a terrific way to get a group of interested individuals
together and aware of each other as they were running for Council.
Although we don't always agree with each other we do frequently confer
on major issues, sometimes vote together, and sway each other times. My
guess is that other groups of councilors work this way too but are not
as overt about it. Although I am not running for Council again, I would
like to see the concept continue and certainly the shared values grow
stronger. I hope that a difference has been felt by our presence in
Council and that it has been positive. I would encourage a renewed
vitalization of the political side of AMFC especially if new like minded
people were brought into Council or other strategic committees to
continue advancing the goals of this group.
