Subject: Re: Legal Advice on Copyright Compliance
Hello,
Here at New Mexico State University we are, beginning in the fall, to post
copyrighted material on the web. (Pilot project)
Can anyone out there provide me with actual, written policies they are now
using? I thought I read somewhere that some libraries already took a big
step in writing their own policies and posting copyrighted material on the
web while others are taking a more conservative stand and not posting ANY
copyrighted material. We would like to see these policies to use as a
"model" to write our own policy.
Thanks in advance. Feel free to email me or send it via snail mail:
