John Quarterman in his book _e_Matrix_, uses that term to
describe the electronic world. Since internet is already a
technical term to connecting networks, and The Internet is hard
to aurally separate from the InterNet, I'd like to suggest using
that term (from Gibson originally, of course).

In response to the question about Telnet resources, I believe
that the Archies are designed to do just that -- library
catalogs, white pages, programs, ?graphics?, and all.
