Well, Judy Hallman, this zipcode and such info may be developed with tax
dollars, but that doesn't mean we can get if for free. I have a zipcode
directory on _my_ desk that is issued by a private company; the p.o. sells
one too. The NLM's MEDLINE database was developed/is maintained with help
from our tax dollars; so were all those reports NTIS sells for fabulous
amounts---the list is endless. Just because our tax dollars were used doesn't
mean we don't have to reach for the wallet to get this stuff. I leave the
