I already wrote to Brendan Kehoe's supervisor to let him know that
Zen... was a valuable work and very well done,
and when Mitch Kapor came to Apple to speak yesterday, we had some
pointers to the server inside of Apple that housed Zen as well as
other papers, tools, and Stacks about the Internet.
Look for three other books by the end of this year:
one from Carl Malamud on technical issues; one from EFF; and one
from Telos, the electronic publishing arm of Springer-Verlag. The
last one is sort of a cultural guide to the Net, from what I hear.
Sorry, no other bibliographic info yet.
