Con Dietz (CPDIETZ@ILSTU) asked how many states have networks connecting public,
four year institutions of higher education and how many are TCP/IP networks.
Each issue of the NSF Network News contains a map and list of networks
connected to the NSFNET backbone. The regional network list shows the name
of member networks, including four-year universities. Perhaps the NSF Network
Service Center could offer more information. The email address for human
