The goal of the Coalition in establishing CNI-MODERNIZATION was to provide a forum for the discussion of matters related to the use of electronic networks by scholars, academics, and researchers for the reporting and publication of their research, and to share information about the Coalition's Modernization of Scholarly Publication Working Group.
