The goal of the Coalition in establishing CNI-TRANSFORMATION was to provide a forum for the discussion of matters related to the manner by which the scholarly communication process is being changed due to the advent of electronic networking, and to share information about the Coalition's Transformation of Scholarly Communication Working Group.
