I am a graduate student in the MPA program at George Mason University
and I am doing a policy paper on the Cable Comm Act of 1992.  I am
looking for :

1.  People to interview
2.  Rate schedules, information about where to get rate schedules
3.  Any statistical sources regarding rates, regulation
4.  Any information regarding economic policies, justifications
    for why the industry was 're-regulated'.

The point of the paper is to review what information was used to
justify the need for a new policy, therefore I will not need 
information about current cable policies, changes, trends.  

Please send any information, offers of assistance, to me at
lblackmo@mason1.gmu.edu.  Please title the subject as "CABLE HELP".
Since I subscribe to the roundtable, I'd like to be able to pick out
your email as quickly as possible.
