I find the most interesting responses to Jack Keith's posting
floating loose.
Jack: I agree, we waste time engaging in meaningless exchanges of
rhetoric over the virtues and values of capitalism, socialism and other
diverse approaches instead of staying focused. However, as Jeff points
out the discussion, in itself, is valuable, if not productive.
I think our problem is that we have not been able to agree on what the
problem, solution, goal or answer is. Many do not wish to agree and
prefer to argue. At this point, I've forgotten the question. On
looking at the oft-used "re:" line I'm hard pressed to remember. . . .
