Is the Interstate Highway system a redistribution scheme or a benefit
to all? Was the provision for universal telephone service a scheme,
or a way to make sure that all americans were able to get telephone
service? It is important to advocate for capitalism and market forces
_AND_ it is important to advocate for community and services that
build community. When we reach a balance between these forces, we
will reach Nirvana...

Good luck!

Sincerely,

Mike Henry
