Richard,

I have an FTP cite with files regarding an endevor from myself
and some associates called the Particip[atory Democracy Project. The
site is at ftp://agora.rdrop.com/pub/users/chuck/ . Please check it
out.

Briefly, I feel we need to democratically digitize the picture.
We need ecah specific proposal in the magna carta in the form of a
question on an electronic ballot. We also need each specific counter
proposal from yourself and other courageors opponents of elietism and
plunder on the ballot. Then we need to push the heck out of it in efforts
to get as many responces from as many as possible and to do so honestly
by including responces from our opponents. And then we need to summarize
and publish the resulting inditment which I believe we both believe will
result. As you mention, we do also need to be able to publish the names
of the respondants who voluntairly allow us to use that information. We
will at that point have a solid mandate from the people. We have
something of substance. I sincerely feel anything less will be ignored
by these powermongers.

          Hope to hear from you.

               Regards,
                    Chuck...
