You are quite right. The ratio of noise to signal is very high now,
thanks at the very least to high levels of frustration on all sides.
I feel that frustration too, but don't feel it will move any
discussion forward to vent it here with opinions and assertions that
many here have heard, held, rejected, accepted or asserted themselves.
I hope those of you who are more expert in the field will move the
discussion toward solutions ("model telecommunications legislation" or
any other category of initiative that will enhance access for a broadly
defined public) or at least to analyses of the problems and issues:
competing, complementary, or conflicting analyses.
On the other hand there has been much useful information here for me,
so there is a there, there, as it were. And thanks to those who provide
the "there".
