My name is Mark Allen and I am an hounours student at Carleton University 
in Ottawa, Canada.  I am researching the role telecommunication carriers 
will play in the future of computer networks.

I am looking for a copy of S.314, the Communications Decency Act of
1995.  Vincent Mosco gave me this address and said that you may know
where to get it on-line or perhaps some information on or discussion of
the bill.

If you have any info that may be useful to me please let me know.
