Richard,

We are starting a distribution list for output from the workshop on
internet economics. Given the apparent interest, we can start another 
for open discussion, which might contribute directly or indirectly to 
future reports.

(I believe iew-request@far.mit.edu might work to get on, but wait a 
few days to be sure we have it up & running.)
