Late yesterday, March 21, Senate Commerce Committee Larry Pressler
released his latest draft of a bill that seeks to bring competition to 
the telecommunications industry.
    
The Alliance for Competitive Communictions' reaction to it is now
available on <bell.com>.  The Senate Commerce Committee is expected to
mark up the draft tomorrow, March 23, and then we believe that we will
have a copy to post on <bell.com> for your review and use. 

As a reminder, you can access our gopher and FTP sites using the address

variety of policy and other material is also available, as well as a 
very extensive set of pointers to other net resources on policy issues.
