My daughter would get a warning from my wife about how pornography
"objectifies" men and women.  This relatively new concept is concerned
with how our culture can treat people as "sex objects" at the
expense of appreciately people for their other characteristics.

Whether a nine year old can appreciate that concern is another thing.
