While we await the infrastructure that allows broad public 
dissemination of public interest video content, TPR-NE has managed to 
air the videos produced from our forums to 24 major markets through 
public access television stations.  For the cost of duplication and 
postage, this method has allowed our videos to be aired repeatedly to 
an audience beyond the borders of WWW accessiblity.
