This is a note to let you know that:

1) yesterday's text of the Senate Commerce Committee Markup was reported
(introduced) in the Senate today as the "substantively identical" Bill, S. 
652;

2) reports today say that there are "minor technical language" differences
between the Markup and the subsequent Bill.  The Markup is still available
on <bell.com> until the Bill is posted. 

The actual Bill, as well as the Committee Report, will be posted on
<bell.com> no earlier than late afternoon EST today and I expect no 
later than Monday, April 3.
