incredible Pressler wall street quote saying now that the bill is
going slower the lobbyists will have a shot at it.

they've had their shot, now, if the bill goes slowly, we all may have 
an opportunity to put in our two cents worth.  Pressler presents at 
180 degrees from true...we should remember as we go along.
