In case you haven't yet seen them, <bell.com> recently added two new 
items regarding telecom reform:

-->  The full, official Report of the Senate Commerce Committee regarding
the "Telecommunications Competition and Deregulation Act of 1995, which 
includes sections on the Purpose of the Bill and Background and Needs.

-->  A new poll of consumers, done by a prominent team of Democratic and
Republican pollsters, illustrating that Americans overwhelminingly want to
open all communications markets to competition NOW.  (Since the data is
somewhat complex, I chose to post the actual graphic files showing
analysis and outcomes in text AND graphs.) 

-->  Our index allows you to pick and choose among the topics and their
pages, or to sequentially browse the entire document. 

As before, <info@bell.com> can mail documents to you on request if you do
not have a an appropriate browser or FTP access.  Please address your

I am looking for feedback on this Poll as well as your experience with
