Ah, disinformation... propaganda... This appears to be THE most often
used tactic of the GOP members of Congress. Added to that aspect, the
rush to get things done (bill submitted, gone through committee, and
voted on in a few days) means that virtually *NO* citizen had a chance
to see the bill and let their elected representative know how they felt.
