I am shocked and appalled that there is no representative from the 
disabled community included in the public interest briefing on May 8.  
What looks to be an otherwise well representative body is lacking an 
essential element. As many of you know, there are specific provisions 
in both the Senate and House bills that apply to this very large 
population.
