Dick Sclove, who runs LOKA lists, noted that his lists had many
things posted, but interactive chats seemed to be fading away.
I sense the same thing on lists I regularly frequent.
He noted that while this had the positive effect of reducing traffic
and keeping messages down, he thought the interactive nature of the
lists were being lost. I agree.
He suggested to put CHAT: in the subject heading, before the topic.
That way, people could more easily screen out chats, and it would be
a signal that the person posting, really wanted to hear from others.
