I have been noticing the same thing: eg the Comserve lists seem to be
a LOT less buy than they used to be, and some other lists that I'm on
apparently die for months until a message appears out of the blue.
Any ideas as to why this might be happening? Could it be:
* the popularity of the WWW - people now spend more time Webcrawling
than chatting. If so the interactive nature of the Net might be
declining
* to much traffic, too many lists, not enough time?
* everybody has moved to some really interesting lists that I don't
know about?
Answers, via email, to this list, please!
