Vigdor, I have been chatting with Brad about the actual numbers
behind rate regulation vs. DBS competition.

That aside, you are absolutely on the mark about the lack of leadership
among the citizenry.

We get our important social messages from bumper stickers and one
I recall last year said, "if the people would lead, the politicians
will follow."
