An important point to recognize and the need for sustained dialogue
on those very issues, which Sen. Dole has squarely addressed. Why
must the mere raising of the issue, in expression of one man's right
to speak, provoke such fear of censorship rather than encouragement
to find the best way to overcome this plague?
