Looks like a voluntary? rating system to me.   As we can see from 
films, some people don't want to play the game and don't get their 
wares distributed in some venues.  Also, how will this effect email.  
Will each message have to be rated (maybe this one would get a P7- 
Peeved and seven lines).  Also, what does it say for a society when 
adult content indicates sex and violence.
