On Tuesday evening, we've posted a new section on <bell.com> entitled 
H.R. 1555 Telecommunications Reform Update.

Among other things, it includes:

-- the WEFA Findings Summary (economic benefits of competition now vs. 
costs of staggered telecom  deregulation)

-- Five critical problems with H.R. 1555 from the Alliance's perspective.

We'll be adding more in the near future, including the post markup bill.

PS:  If you're using Netscape 1.1 as a Web viewer, yes, that odd color
