Emily -

I can't attend the meeting in person (I live in the Chicago area) but
the discussion of current/pending telecomm reform is of great interest
-- are minutes taken at the meeting? Are copies available?

I'm following these bills for the Illinois State Board of Education
(K12) and have been trying to prepare and/or find just such a summary!

Thanks in advance.

Jack
