I am not sure that I constitute a member although I have been to one 
of the meetings and continue to try and keep updated.  Here is our 
home page address <url: http://www.mtn.org/> It contains, nonprofit 
organization information, telecommunications information nad some 
cable access information.  We are located in Minneapolis.
