Dear Colleague:

This is to inform you that we will hold a Telecommunications Policy
Committee (TPC) meeting on Thursday, October 19, 1995 from 9:30 to
11:00 a.m. at The Annenberg Washington Program located in the Willard
Office Building, 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Suite 200.  

The meeting will cover issues relevant to the wireless community.  NTIA
will release its Land Mobile Activities Report and give a status update on
the Spectrum legislation and WRC-95.  We will have an intergovernmental
panel to address spectrum planning, economic considerations, and other
topics of interest.  There will be plenty of time for audience questions
and comments.  

I hope that you will attend the meeting.  Please RSVP to NTIA via fax
(202-482-1635) by C.O.B., Tuesday, October 17.  Please include your
