We have tried to identify concentration and cross-ownership rules for 8 
telecommunications industry groups, plus proposed modifications in those 
rules in the House and Senate bill.  They are in an html table, that we 
put together using wordperfect's internet publisher.  If they don't work 
with non-netscape browers, I'm sorry, but I don't know how to do this any 
other way for the moment.  the URL is:
