Janlori and Deirdre,
would you clarify a few things about the consent provisions in S. 1360?
Under the provisions of the bill, could a person condition the sale of
a product or service or an offer of employment upon "consent" to obtain
access to medical records? Would this include such situations as
where access to :
life insurance
auto insurance
health insurance
employment in any job
would be conditioned upon consent?
