It would seem to me that no budgetary approach has any chance without the
first step being to restore corporate tax rates to their pre-Reagan levels
ASAP.
Reagan should have registered as a foreign agent -- from G.E. -- and
gutting corporate taxes was organized theft. How can you balance a budget
when you let your best-able-to-pay constituents off the hook? No
trickle-down flames, if you please, been there, hocked the T-shirt.
