Confused. Is this labeling similiar to Dewey or LC subject headings
(what the doc is about) used in libraries, or labels about type and
level of content, such as those used to rate movies or on toys. While
I would heartily endorse the former I have some questions about the
appropriateness and free speech implications of the latter.
Under such a scheme I would one rate excerpts from the New York TImes
dealing with the violence and rape in Bosnia?
