If you haven't read about it, Bell Atlantic and TCI announced tonight 
that their merger is being terminated.  They blame it on their inability 
to price the deal in light of the current regulagtory environment, 
especially the recent FCC action on the cable rates.  They say that they 
will be continue to explore possible joint ventures.
