RESOURCE

The Center for Policy Alternatives has drafted three model state
resolutions relating to privacy, availability of governmental information,
and universal access. The resolutions are available on the gopher site
"CCN - The Center for Civic Networking" in the subsection "model state
resolutions" which can be found on the list "all the gopher servers in the
world." The resolutions can also be accessed by anonymous ftp to
world.std.com:/ftp/amo/civicnet/states. We will be happy to e-mail or
snail-mail copies to people who cannot gopher or ftp. The resolutions and
their posting are part of the Center for policy Alternatives' and the
Center for Civic Networking's joint telecommunications project.

The model resolutions and the accompanying notes are still in draft stage,
and we would appreciate comments. Please send comments to
cfpa@cap.gwu.edu or 1875 Connecticut Ave. NW, Suite 710, Washington, D.C.
20009.
