This is a reminder that the Roundtable meeting on the future of 
democratic discourse on the Internet will be held this friday, noon to 2 
pm, at the Carnagie Institution, at 1530 P Street, NW.  (Buzz the Center 
for Study of Responsive Law to get in.).

ps, future meetings of the roundtable committee on model legislation 
include the march 30 meeting on common carriage in video markets (cable 
and video dialtone) and a march 31 meeting on public access to government 
information.  Both meetings are held at the Carnagie Institution, from 
noon to 2 pm.
