I am troubled by what Miles Fidelman has to say in response of Miles
Fidelman to Vigdor Schreibman's notice about the passage of S.4?  I'd
forward it, but I deleted it after printing.  The gist is concern about
"purposes approved" by the Act for NREN and the construction of
"firewalls."  There seem to be issues here that need to be addressed 
when this bill goes to Conference.  Is anyone working on this?  We were 
so busy attempting to put out Republican anti-regulatory fires on this 
bill that the content & any issues with it got bypassed.
