I agree tha pseudo non profits is not a very felicitous term although 
you clearly got my drift. I guess if I have to bite the bullit, I will 
opt for any non profit that qualifies for 501 c 3 status. Otherwise I 
would be guilty of trying to abridge someone's free speech. We don't 
screen the content of the users of the non profit postal rate. We have 
established it because it is good public policy even tho some of us may 
not like all the users of that rate.
