C. Objectives: Desired Outcomes - System integration with web for "easy" access and security, both authentication and authorization
- Interoperability with appropriate and desired aspects of research, administrative, and instructional systems
- Desktop customization of system component choices
D. Strategies - Outlining a plan for 97-98 activities
- Reviewing direction and obtaining input from various members of the research community.
- Identifying researcher or research committee sponsors
E. Components - Geographic Information Systems (GIS): add remote and network access
- Site license database
- Data set sharing: enhance infrastructure
- Local publishing: evolving and will include dissertation publication
