- 11:00-11:45am: first-time-attendees welcome (optional)
- 11:45-12:30pm: break (light refreshments) (optional)
- 12:30-7:30pm: opening plenary, breakout sessions, lightning round, reception
- Friday, December 12
- 7:30-8:45am: breakfast (provided) and discussion tables (optional)
- 8:45am-3:30pm: breakout sessions, lunch (provided), closing plenary
