CNI Spring 2026 Membership Meeting
April 13-14, 2026

The membership meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT, beginning on Monday, April 13 at around 1:15 p.m. and adjourning at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14. See the Schedule page for more details and a tentative overview.

Member representatives were sent registration information (via email) for the Spring 2026 Membership Meeting in early January. If you have questions, please contact Jackie Eudell.

Who may attend?
CNI membership meetings are open only to member representatives (or their delegate), speakers, and a small number of strategic partners. Meeting attendance is limited to two representatives per institution (excepting presenters, who will receive a separate invitation). If you are the sole CNI member representative at your institution, you may invite one additional delegate to attend CNI. Registration fees are included in membership dues.

Reservation Cancellation:
The deadline to cancel room reservations without penalty is 72 hours prior to the day of arrival, local hotel time.
Health & Safety
As always, our spring 2026 meeting will adhere to all local public health regulations. In the absence of local mandates (which we are not expecting), face masks are welcome but not required; we understand that attendees are in different places on this. As the meeting date nears, we will update the website accordingly with any changes.
Attendees understand and assume any inherent risks associated with traveling to or attending CNI’s Spring 2026 Membership Meeting and release and waive my right to hold CNI liable for any personal injury, illness, or other losses that may occur.
