Home / CNI News / CNI Spring 2026 Pre-Record Edition Live

May 6, 2026

Today, we released the spring 2026 edition of CNI’s Pre-Recorded Project Briefing Series; we created this series to keep you connected to innovative projects year-round, and this latest collection of five videos showcases some exciting work happening across our community.

We’re grateful to each of our presenters for taking the time to share their work with us:

  • Data Storage Allocation for Faculty: A Storage Pilot at University of California, Berkeley: Erin Foster and Anna Sackmann (University of California, Berkeley)
  • “Directory Pipeline”—A Tool for Turning Historical Digital Collections into Structured Data: Josh Hadro
  • FedHarv—A Python Workflow for Automating Open Access Article Harvesting: Pascal Calarco (University of Windsor)
  • Publishing for the People: Institutional Collaboration in the Service of Scholars and Readers: Allison Levy (Brown University), David Banush (University of South Carolina), Aurora Bell (University of South Carolina), Victoria J. Gallagher (North Carolina State University), Michael J. McGandy (University of South Carolina), Max Renner (Molloy University)
  • Strategic Approaches to Sustainable Digital Transformation: Claire Knowles (University of Leeds) and Rebecca Hirsch (University of Edinburgh)

I’d encourage you to dive in, and if something sparks your interest, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the presenters directly. You can see all of the editions and learn more about the program on the CNI website.
