This is the current working draft of the outline of the white paper on Networked Information Discovery and Retrieval being prepared for the Coalition for Networked Information. The chapters described in this outline will be placed on the Coalition's FTP server as they are available in draft during the course of Spring/Summer 1995; the final version of the white paper is targeted for Fall 1995.
