Through the support of the Institute of Museum and Library Services, the LEADING project has enrolled over 75 fellows over the past six years and has seen fellows excel in their current positions and move on to new opportunities. As LEADING concludes this round of fellowships, we are taking a look at the factors that help build successful early career development programs and are interested in hearing from other similar and adjacent efforts on best practices and lessons learned.
